Merging tradition with excellence

Founded in 1885 by Rose Hattemer, the Hattemer School educates children from infant to the end of secondary school using a unique teaching methodology renowned for its quality and tradition. Hattemer is known for its rigor and attention to detail, its seriousness and the experience and knowledge of its teaching practitioners.

Hattemer operates at a human level and each student is positioned at the centre of their own learning experience. Students are encouraged to work in a calm and focused manner for the duration of their academic careers and participate in a wide range of extra-curricular activities to ensure the development of a fully rounded and happy individual.

Hattemer operates two schools in Paris; École Hattemer in the VIIIth district at 52 Rue de Londres, which caters for children aged from 3 to 18 and the École Hattemer in the XVIth district at 43 Rue Decamps, that educates children aged from 3 to 11.

Both centres area characterised by their international focus and attention to the creative and academic development of their students via programmes like the STD2A (Science & Technology, Design and Applied Arts).

Both Hattemer Schools joined the NACE Group in 2017 and now students, parents and teachers alike enjoy the benefits of belonging to one of the world’s most active and successful international schools’ groups.
